ORDERING AND DELIVERY FAQS
1) How much is P&P?
It's nice and easy - regardless of how much you buy, or how big the item, postage and packaging is always £2.50 to anywhere in the mainland UK! If you live in Northern Ireland or Europe please enquire and we can give you postage costs depending on the size of the order. If you order as part of a group via a Physiostuff Rep, then you will not pay postage or packaging costs. For more information about the scheme, please click here.
2) When should my order arrive?
All orders placed on physiostuff.com will be distributed directly from our suppliers via a Courier or Royal Mail. We aim to ship most goods within 2 - 5 working days. If goods are going to take longer we will let your know by email. In the case of Special Order products, delivery may take up to six weeks but these items are clearly indicated on the site. Please be aware that as we sell goods from more than one supplier, if you have ordered a number of different products they may be delivered separately.
3) Can I return a product if it is unsuitable?
Yes, we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have the option of returning it in an unused
condition within 14 days for a refund.
In order to return an item, please email us and we will send you instructions. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK
TO SUPPLIERS WITHOUT OUR AUTHORISATION as most publishers will not accept unauthorised returns. If the reason you are returning the goods is because we
have made an error or the goods are faulty we will also refund the cost of return postage and packaging.
4) What happens is a product is not in stock?
We receive weekly stock updates from all our suppliers, however sometimes when an order is placed an item is not in stock for immediate dispatch. If for any reason we cannot deliver you your order within 5 working days, we will contact you to ask you if you would like a back order to be placed. A backorder ensures priority dispatch when new stock comes in. If at any time before dispatch you decide that you no longer wish to maintain the back order, then we will cancel the order immediately and offer a full refund or exchange.
5) How can I pay for my order?
The quickest was it to pay online using VISA, MASTERCARD, UK MAESTRO, VISA DEBIT/DELTA, SOLO or VISA ELECTRON. All Credit Card transactions processed through our website are secure. For more information credit card security, please read our Terms and Conditions.
Alternatively, if you wish to pay for an item by cheque, please make the cheque payable to 'Health Books UK Ltd' and sent to: Accounts, Health Books UK Ltd, Farthings, Copes Lane, Hook, Hants RG27 ORQ. All goods will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.
5) I am not a student, can I still buy goods at a discount?
Yes, you can! While our product line is aimed at physio students, once you have graduated you are more than welcome to use the website. If you are a new customer and not a student, please register and leave the 'institution' field blank.
5) I would like to place a purchase order.
If you are a health or education institution and would like to place a purchase order, please email the order to sales@physiostuff.com. Please ensure that you include a telephone and email contact.
