Health Books UK Ltd. trading as Physiostuff.com, does not rent, sell, or share personal information about its customers with other people or third parties except to provide products or services requested, or when direct permission is granted.
Health Books UK Ltd. uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfil customer's requests for products and services, to manage customer account, to improve our services, and to contact customers where permission has been given to do so.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information that we have.
Order Fulfillment
Health Books UK Ltd. aims to ship goods ordered on the website within 5 working days. If an item is not going to be delivered within this period, we will inform the customer and they will have the option of a full refund. Some items are Special Delivery and can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. In such cases this information is clearly visible on the website.
All products are subject to availability. If for any reason we determine that an item will no longer be available, we will notify customers who have ordered the product immediately by e-mail, delete the item from our catalogue, and refund the customer in full, or they may choose an alternative product of the same value.
Health Books UK Ltd. shall have no liabilities to customers for any failure to deliver a purchase or any delay in delivery which is due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, or any other event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation and Returns
Customers may cancel an order by informing Health Books UK Ltd via email or in writing any time up to fourteen days from the day after delivery if they are not satisfied for whatever reason with the product or service. Once the return has been authorised, the customer is to return the goods to the supplier in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. The total amount charged to the customer's account, minus the postage and packaging fee in the case on an unwanted good, will be refunded in full within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing the customers name, the date of order and the order number, and the customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods.
Should a customer receive a damaged or defective item from Health Books UK Ltd. we will offer a choice of a prompt replacement, a full refund, or an alternative item of the same value. All returns must be authorised. When a return is authorised will provide information on how to return the goods. Damaged or defective products must be returned within 14 days of delivery and customers will not be charged for the postage costs of returning the product or any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
We regret that CDs, audio and video cassettes and DVDs cannot be returned unless the item is defective.
Health Books UK Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the return of goods that have not been recorded by the customer.

Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change and are displayed inclusive of VAT. Book RRP prices are updated on a monthly basis. Product RRP prices are based on similar products that are available in the U.K and take into account relevant delivery costs.
Technical and Sales Support
All support which a customer requests prior or subsequent to placing an order through Physiostuff.com, will be administered via an email support service. All queries will be responded to in a reasonable time period. Phone support will not necessarily be provided at any stage.
Member Account, Password and Security
The customer will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Physiostuff.com registration process. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password or account. As part of these Terms and Conditions, customers agree to (a) immediately notify Health Books UK Ltd., of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that they exit from their account at the end of each session. Health Books UK Ltd. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a customer's failure to comply with these conditions.
Resale of Service
As part of these Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Physiostuff.com Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
Changes to the Services
Any enhancements or additions to the Services shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions, unless Health Books UK Ltd. expressly states otherwise. Health Books UK Ltd. may introduce further sets of specific terms and conditions for specific services as appropriate, or amend existing specific terms and conditions. Health Books UK Ltd. reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice. In such a situation Health Books UK Ltd. will make reasonable effort to ensure that the customer's order is not compromised however Health Books UK Ltd. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Indemnification
The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Health Books UK Ltd. harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims against Health Books UK Ltd., its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns.
General Information
Health Books UK Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at their sole discretion without stating reasons.
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Health Books UK Ltd. and govern the customer's use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between the customer and Health Books UK Ltd. The customer is also subject to additional Terms and Conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
